CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

We allow refunds of your order if requested within 14 days of your purchase. Please ensure all items are as new upon return with no damage to the external packaging. Exchanges will also be provided within 14 days of initial purchase, ensuring items are as new with no damage to the external packaging. Please be aware refunds can take up to 5 days once requested. Message us through our Contact Us page if you wish to refund/exchange.

CAN I SEND IN MY DESIGNS?

If you wish to collaborate with our team for future designs, please don’t hesitate to message us with your contact details and designs. We look forward to seeing what you can bring!

WILL WE RESTOCK?

As a new company we don’t have a definite answer if we will restock our sold out products. We are always looking to innovate and push the boundaries of Culture and Fashion/Fitness. Thanks for understanding!

HOW LONG WILL UK ORDERS TAKE?

Please allow up to 5 working days for orders to arrive at the shipping address once confirmed.  Once you receive your initial delivery confirmation email, the next is to print and package your order. If you’ve not received your order within those 5 days, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@akiracl.com.


We do not cover delivery costs for returns/exchanges at this current time.

If you return an item, the delivery cost is NOT refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days of purchase.

We are not responsible for any damages caused to the customer.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once the order is with the courier.
